We use an excellent company to handle
our shopping cart security called Americart.
They have been our company of choice
since 1998 - this is all they do,
and they do it very well.
When you place your order rest assured that the
processing security has been confirmed for the current
day, and everyday.
Your shipping charges (non-foreign
orders) will be calculated automatically
through the "Online" Shopping
Cart ordering system. We accept Visa,
MasterCard, Discover and American
Express.
Whether you want to pay with
a credit card, check or money order,
the online shopping cart system will
figure it out: products, shipping
charges*, and the sales tax (.056)
if you live in Missouri. You can
then print out the form and mail
it to us, call with your order, use
the online credit card order button.

Please note that all orders shipped
outside of the U.S. are subject to
shipping charges that will not automatically
appear on the order screen. We will email a
shipping cost on a PayPal invoice,
showing the product cost and shipping.
If you approve, you will pay the PayPal invoice and we will ship your order.
We ship all international orders the most economical
means possible - at present, this
is via USPS International.

For orders under $50.00, a $20.00
shipping charge will be added.

is our top priority.
If you are not satisfied with any
item which you have purchased from
us, simply return it by following
the guildlines below:
- Items must
be returned along with a copy of
the invoice, in resalable condition
and including all essential components,
within 30 days of purchase.
- Full
refunds will be given, less shipping
and handling charges.
- Items shipped
back to Silkpaint Corporation may
be sent via the carrier of your
choice. We recommend that you insure
your shipment.
- We do not accept
COD packages.
